Aston Villa cruising to victory against Young Boys

Aston Villa are cruising to victory against Young Boys in the UEFA Champions League. The English side are 2-0 up after 69 minutes, with goals from Ollie Watkins and Anwar El Ghazi. Young Boys have been poor and have failed to create any clear-cut chances.

Watkins opens the scoring

Villa took the lead in the 20th minute when Watkins tapped home from close range after a cross from El Ghazi. The Swiss side came close to equalizing in the 30th minute, but Jean-Pierre Nsame's header was saved by Emiliano Martinez.

Villa doubled their lead in the 59th minute when El Ghazi scored a stunning free-kick. The Dutch winger curled the ball into the top corner from 25 yards out. Young Boys have been unable to create any clear-cut chances and look set to suffer a heavy defeat.

The win takes Villa to the top of Group G, with Young Boys bottom. Villa's next match is at home to Manchester United on 27 October, while Young Boys travel to Atalanta on the same day.
